The offers are valid for all product purchased on line, without any geographic restriction , unless specific indication. Some products are not available for a shipment outside metropolitan France, in particular, but not exclusively, as some items require a strict respect of the cold chain ( i.e. semi- preserved).

1.3/ Availability

All the items presented on the web site are available and our offers are made within our stock limits. In case of unavailability of one product just after the process of order, we will inform you by email or by phone within 24 hours ( working days). You will be authorized to cancel the order, or change the missing items.

3.1/ Right of withdrawal

The customer benefits from a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery to return the order in its original package, either for an exchange or for a refund ( return freight costs are at the customer’s expenses)

4/ DELIVERY

The customer must confirm a delivery address when placing the order. In case of absence during the delivery, the delivery man will leave a non-delivery notice.

5/ TRANSFERT OF RISKS

The products are not delivered by the company Souleilles Foie Gras, who contracts with Colissimo, Chronopost and the carriers TFE and COOLJET. .

The risks which can occur during the transport are supported by the sendee. If the parcel is damaged uopn receipt, please open it in presence of the carrier,place reserves on the delivery- bill and inform us as soon as possible. If no claim have been notified on the delivery-bill, the carrier will reject any responsability and therefore no replacement will be possible.

6/ TRANSPORT COSTS AND HANDLING CHARGES

6.1/ Deliveries in France

The participation to the freight charges is a fixed sum, independant from the weight of the parcel.
Different participations are required according to the following choices:
- Colissimo Suivi 48H (La Poste) : freight participation 12 euros, and franco for orders over 300 euros.
- Chronopost 24H (La Poste) : for parcels under 10 kg , a freight participation of 27 euros is required , and for orders over 300 euros a participation of 15 euros only. . For parcels over 10 kg , our delivery department will contact you to suggest you a suitable fixed sum.


6.2/ Delivery abroad

Parcels are sent via Colissimo Suivi Europe. The participation to the freight charges is a fixed sum, independant from the weight of the parcel. :

Zone A : Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands
Zone B : Great Britain, Italy, Spain
Zone C : Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Portugal
Zone D : Finland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, the Azores, Madeira, The Canary Islands

For other countries, please check with us.

For shipment abroad, Franco delivery is not offered for the orders over 300 euros.

7/ DELIVERY TIME AND PREPARATION OF YOUR ORDER

7.1/ For any delivery in France :

Parcels leave the farm within 3 working days upon receipt of the order ( except in case of stock failure).

Delivery times :
Once your order is sent by our delivery department , it will be delivered either within 24 hours by Chronopost or within 48 to 72 hours by Colissimo or any other carrier of your area.

These delivery times are valid in the working days, under condition of no postal problem and within our stock availability.

7.2/ For any delivery abroad :

Parcels leave the farm within 3 working days upon receipt of the order ( except in case of stock failure).

Delivery times :
They depend on the destination, the means of transport and the period of the year. For more information, do not avoid to contact us.
