The duck legs from birds fattened with figs and maize are particuarly tender and tasty. We have prepared them with a white wine, honey and coriander sauce in tribute to Apicius, the famous Roman cook.
Ingredients : Duck 40%, white wine 20%, water, carrots, onions, honey 1,8%, garlic, tapioca starch, salt, coriander, pepper.
