This dish uses the smaller cuts of duck, such as the drumsticks, wings and the neck which give excellent flavour to the lentils. 

Ingredients : Lentils, confit duck 25%, home made sauce  : water, onions, carrots, tomato concentrate, garlic, duck fat, salt, pepper.
