Ingredients :  Duck breast and wing (350g minimum), duck fat, unpeeled garlic cloves 7%, bay leaf, salt, pepper

Discover the subtle harmony of a duck breast slowly cooked in its own fat (confit) and garlic from the Garonne!

The unpeeled garlic cloves delicately flavour this dish, a tribute to the "cuisine" of South West France


To prepare: Open the jar and place in a bain marie to melt the fat. Remove and drain the meat and the garlic cloves. Pan fry or roast in a hot oven until golden.

Serve with potatoes fried in duck fat!
